ranex Terms & Conditions

ranex (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "ranex") provides an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. This document forms a legally binding agreement between ranex and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member").

By opening an account at ranex, logging in, making a deposit, or using any game or betting service, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to them. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after any update will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms apply to all channels including the ranex website, mobile version, application, and any support services. Additional terms may apply to specific games or promotions, and these will be clearly stated in the relevant section.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali version and any version in another language, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account at ranex, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You do not reside in any country or territory where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are creating a single account for yourself — not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• You have never previously had an account banned at ranex.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. If different members of the same household use the same device or network, they are advised to access ranex from separate devices and networks.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Granting any other person access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

The ranex platform strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 21. For account verification purposes, we may at any time request the following information or documents:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (mobile number verification).

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ranex currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may be longer in cases of unusual activity, verification complications, or technical issues.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.5 Fund Protection

Funds deposited by members are held separately from the company's own funds. Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate betting or gaming purposes. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ranex offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or if you deposit ৳32,000 or more you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in bets before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

Certain game categories may be eligible toward meeting wagering requirements, and some games may contribute less to the wagering calculation — this will be stated in the detailed terms of each promotion.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit for claiming the bonus.
• The maximum winnings from bonus funds may be capped for specific promotions.
• If any abuse of a bonus is found (arbitrage, syndicate betting), the bonus will be cancelled.
• ranex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The ranex VIP program has four levels: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher level based on the consistency and volume of your play. VIP cashback is applied automatically each week.

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets are considered final once confirmed. Requests to cancel a bet placed in error may not be accepted. In sports betting, a bet may be closed before an event begins — in that case, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a bet is affected by a lost internet connection, server issue, or any other technical error, ranex reserves the right to make a reasonable decision. In such cases, the round may be cancelled.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes

If an unusual outcome occurs in any game or event (for example, an incorrect payout due to a software bug or data error), ranex reserves the right to void that outcome. The staked amount for the relevant bet will be returned to the member's account.

6.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

In cases of practice, verification, or rescheduling of a sports event, betting rules will apply in accordance with the guidelines for the relevant event. For betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports, the specific rules of each event must be followed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ranex platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Using bots, automation software, scripts, or other fraudulent technology.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Participating in syndicate betting, match fixing, or other corrupt activities.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in a game.
• Engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior toward the support team or other members.

8.1 ranex's Rights

ranex reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any reason, particularly in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Security or fraud concerns.
• Directions from a regulatory authority or legal obligations.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. It is advised to settle any ongoing bets and withdraw any valid balance before closing the account. Requests for self-exclusion or a temporary break under responsible gaming can also be made.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — the member will be notified in advance in such cases.

9.1 Service Continuity

The ranex platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

9.2 Betting Risk

All forms of betting and gaming are inherently risky. ranex bears no responsibility for losses on your bets. Play responsibly and only wager an amount whose loss will not affect your daily life.

9.3 Third-Party Services

ranex is not responsible for the quality or failure of services provided by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) and payment providers. However, we will be by your side to help resolve any issues.

In brief, we use your information: for identity verification and account management; for processing financial transactions; for platform security and fraud prevention; and for compliance with applicable laws. Your information is not sold to third parties.

11.2 Severability

If any specific part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
